Lots may be collected free of charge from the auction room until 5:30 pm on the day of the sale, Friday October 3, and until 12 noon on the Monday following the sale, October 6.

After this time, lots will be stored at DROUOT BAGNOLET MAGASINAGE. This service is charged to the buyer.

Please note: lots will only be handed over on presentation of the receipted sales slip and after payment of any handling and storage charges.

Notwithstanding the law of December 31, 1903, the successful bidder acknowledges and accepts that any items which have not been withdrawn by him within three months will be considered as abandoned and may be sold after filing a petition with the court, and that Drouot will not have to wait a year to proceed with their auction sale in accordance with the law of December 31, 1903.

It is therefore reminded that items not removed within the three-month period may be re-sold to cover storage costs.
