To collect your lot, you must first pay for your purchase and be in possession of your paid invoice.

Please note that once your payment has been made, the paid invoice is sent by our team within an average of 48 business hours, depending on bank processing times. A slight additional delay may apply for payments made by bank transfer. Please be sure to check your spam folder.

Collection at the auction room or Drouot storage facility

Lots purchased at the Drouot auction house can be collected free of charge in the auction room until 7 pm on the evening of the sale or until 10 am the following morning.

Beyond this time, lots will be stored at the Hôtel Drouot storage facility. Storage fees apply. You can find all information regarding Drouot storage here: https://drouot.com/fr/magasinage

Please note: lots will only be released upon presentation of the paid invoice and/or the auction label.

Beyond one calendar year, uncollected lots will be stored outside of the Hôtel Drouot storage facility.

Note that the Drouot auction house offers a packing, storage, and transport service to deliver directly to your home.

For sales held outside Drouot

For sales not taking place at the Hôtel Drouot, the collection and storage terms are specified in the specific conditions of each sale.
